Smoothie King - Reservar uma mesa

The customer service at this restaurant was terrible. Today, I had to return my order because the four drinks I ordered were very watery and three needed to be remade. The male employee, who was not present when I placed my order, interrupted and dominated the conversation I was having with his colleague. Despite being asked in Spanish by the female employee multiple times to handle the situation, he ignored me and attended to another customer while the female employee turned away. When I called to ask for his name, he hung up on me. On the second call, the phone rang with no answer. On the third and final attempt, he answered and told me to come back tomorrow at 9:30 AM.

This was my first time visiting this particular Smoothie King location, and I was impressed by the service provided by Brandon. He was friendly, patient, and had great customer service skills. When I asked for a recommendation with peanut butter, he suggested the Reese's smoothie. I had never tried it before, but it turned out to be the best smoothie I had ever tasted! Brandon deserves a raise for his excellent service. I will definitely be returning!

I just received my smoothie and I was disappointed. It seemed like the person who made it didn't blend it properly, making it difficult to drink. Usually, it is better, but this time it was made by a female employee who didn't seem to know what she was doing. I ended up having to go home and mix the smoothie myself.

This place is great, ask for the hulk, it’s incredible. I also want to say that Brandon always helps me out and answers any questions I have, I am a very active person, and he always knows what shake to hit me with to get me back up on my feet after a workout. All the staff here are friendly, and do a great job!

just went around 16 o'clock after smoothie king when the time is listed to close by 20 o'clock. the door was closed with lights! but the workers were inside the hours of this place changed?
