Sonic Drive-in - Reservar uma mesa

They have you waiting in line for the longest just for the smallest of orders. When you finally get to the speaker they take forever and tell you hold on. They have you sitting at the window just waiting. My icecream don’t even be filled to the top. Don’t come before closing it’s like they don’t want to take orders and have you waiting until they can say they are closed. I asked why hasn’t the line moved and the same car been at the speaker for 25 minutes my answer was oh?. They were out of marinara sauce apparently and didn’t offer me a substitute until I looked in my badge before pulling off and was trying to get her attention while she just stared at me. I was in the drive thru from 9pm-9...

We were not able to order at the stall. We sat in the stall for about 15 minutes figuring out what we wanted. After we pushed the button and waited for a response we were told unless we had a delivery we must go through the drive thru. My partner and I immediately left and went across the street to another restaurant.

I am A Cook I wasn't pleased with my cheeseburger I asked for no mustard and no ketchup on it I get it and ketchup was on it Smh They really need to listen to the customers I barely eat out but when I do I want hot fresh foods being a Cook Myself and Eating out of the Gardens

The drive through was a 18 minute wait. And the burger was cold, my cherry lime aid had way too much ice and my onion rings tasted sweet! This worst experience with Sonic I was not happy with my meal or the wait time.

Horrible service, cold food, long wait.. staff playing outside….. while line. Wrapped around the building.
