I had a very disappointing experience tonight at this restaurant. The quality and portion size of my pho soup were not up to par. I ordered a medium soup, but when it was brought to my table, the portion looked more like a small and lacked broth. The same issue occurred with my boyfriend's large soup, which looked more like a small or medium. There was no sriracha chili sauce available, and the hot sauce provided was terrible. I had to ask four times for a refill of water, and it felt like the staff disappeared after taking our order, as they were constantly on their phones. This is my absolute favorite place to go in the world! I visit here every week, sometimes 3-4 times a week. The staff knows me well, and as soon as I walk in, they already know what I'm going to order and put it in right away! I love this place and the employees so much. My go-to dish is the large shrimp pho with extra onions, which is my signature order. The R31 (beef and rice) is also a close second for me. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a 5 out of 5.

This place has the best Vietnamese food on the south side but past couple visits, this place stinks!!! Smells like a blend of sewage/rotten meat! They need to do something, it’s not normal!
