Same experience as other reviewers. Wait 30 minutes for one drink and to watch 6-7 people behind the counter standing around talking to each other acting as if they had no customers.There were at least a dozen people waiting for drinks and no one in the order line so it was not busy. It was just an extremely long wait and my guess is a lot of people go to other locations knowing this. It felt like a Saturday Night Live skit watching them in super slow motion while everyone is waiting very patiently for extreme amounts of time. In addition, at some locations the employees are friendly but no one interacted with the customers for that entire time. The manager should be held accountable and nee...

Poor efficiency. There was a line with only one person on the register. I asked a worker who was arranging merchandise on the shelves if he would take my order. He would not. Would it have thrown his whole shift out of wack if he stopped for 5 15 minutes to help out the one person on the register?

They always seem to be staffed well but you always have to wait.... I think they are a little over generous with the ice on an iced coffee and 75% ice for over bucks that's not a lot of coffee..... However I did have a citrus citrus drink special that was pretty good very low sugar decent value

Very very slow. Waiting 30 minutes for a lemonade. Servers move very very slowly. I am very disappointed. Do not waste your time at this location.

Too many people here. They have a big screen to track your order.
