The staff is always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although they didn't have the item I requested, the lady was very kind in explaining why the ingredients were unavailable and when they would be restocking. To make up for it, she even gave me a card for a discount on my next purchase, which I really appreciated. Her kindness truly made a difference for me, and that's what matters most. I've consistently experienced excellent customer service here and have never had a bad experience.

This Starbucks is one of my favorite spots. I often make the effort to visit this location, as I can always rely on outstanding service (I live in the southern part of Red Deer). Although the staff occasionally make a few mistakes, they are quick to resolve them and have even offered me complimentary drinks as compensation. The team is consistently friendly and professional. It's an excellent place to stop right off Highway 2 if you're traveling through Red Deer! I highly recommend it.

I visit Starbucks in Red Deer every day and have been to this location several times. Unfortunately, during my most recent visit, the staff member who made my drink was rude and seemed disinterested in her job. I thanked her and wished her a good day, but she turned around without saying a word. This happened today at 11:20, and while it was somewhat busy, there were still six staff members working at that time. I won’t be returning to this location again.
