Starbucks - Reservar uma mesa

So disappointed in this Starbucks location! I was in the area and decided to stop in. It took over 30min for me to receive my order and after the long wait my drink wasn?t made correctly. I get this same drink (Venti Matcha Latte, soy milk, no foam, and 4 Splendas) several times a week (but usually from the Miami Bch location). Baristas are taught how to make drinks without foam, this place clearly missed the mark, and they have no idea how to make this drink. When I asked them to fix it, they gave it right back to me loaded with even more foam. Also, the drink was gross, not sure they put the correct amount of matcha in the drink, and it seemed to be missing the Splenda. There were a few ot...

This has to be the most ghetto Starbucks ever. I normally don?t go inside to order but today I did. I waited for a simple drink for an hour. And got cussed out by a customer for just asking a staff member about my order. We exchanged words and I told him I would call the police. He then backed off. At this point I just got a refund. Plus I seen a mouse outside in one of there trash cans. Never again will I spend my money at this location. If you don?t mind the ghetto atmosphere, then this might be the place for you. I should have know better I mean look at the area.

Super disappointed in the fact that I recieved a moldy cake today. Also I asked for my Chai tea latte to be be made with almond milk, it was soy. I'm allergic to soy milk. The lemon loaf was molded on both sides. Super dangerous. Please check your pastries before eating them and leaving this starbucks. Thankfully I contacted atarbucks and they reimbursed me. I will not be back. Also, just noticed the cake says exp Jul 02, 2022.... not just a fews days past the exp date, literally 2 days shy of being expired a whole month. This was laziness on their part.

Please explain to me how am I supposed to drink this, ON-THE-GO, if I can?t even reach the straw. I asked for a different top and the didn?t have any. I asked for a longer straw, they didn?t have any. I asked for a different cup or something and I was instructed to take the lid off and drink it that way! Wow, this store needs reshaping badly. I will not be spending money at this location any longer.

So disappointed. This is nothing like the Starbucks I?m used to visiting. It?s very dirty, no customer service, incorrect orders, and not to mention it took 20 minutes. Flies, floor nasty, counter dirty, and employees were slipping and sliding making drinks.
