Steak 'n Shake - Reservar mesa

This shop needs a deep cleaning. We were immediately greeted by a very kind young lady and placed our order quickly. She even convinced me to order milkshakes for my kids in a kind way. Unfortunately, that is pretty much the highlight. Our meal took 30 minutes to get to us and by the time it did, all of the fries were room temperature. My kids enjoyed their milkshakes and the burgers were okay. I ordered a cup of chili and it was mostly beans and liquids and kind of boring. If this restaurant wants to improve, I highly suggest a deep cleaning. Bathrooms, seating, tables, floors, and kitchen were grimy. The manager was very kind, too.

Food was fine. Ordered on the app. It said go inside to pickup, and it would be ready in 12-17 minutes. I give them an extra 5 minutes, and show up 22 minutes after placing the order, just incase they're busy.Go to the counter, and find out they hadn't even started it yet. Mind you, there was only one table occupied in the entire place.Lesson learned...use the drive thru. I watched at least 6 cars pass through as I waited inside.There were 4 employees working, so they had enough staff to handle the load. My guess is they just weren't paying attention to the online orders.Food was hot and correctly made, and they were apologetic.

I used to visit this restaurant frequently when I lived in Texas. I fondly remember the wonderful customer service, delicious food, and fantastic shakes. However, I don't know what has changed. Now, it's self-service, and there is no waiter to assist you. The only thing you see is a reception area, and there's no greeting or friendly interaction when you place your order. The fries were the highlight of the meal, but the shakes were just okay, and the burgers were average. I won’t be coming back for sure. Maybe it was just this particular visit, but the restaurant has definitely lost its charm.

the restaurant is dirty and the food was undercooked. I could see old eating under the grill from our stand. müll in front of the door and the greasy window should have been the first note. the straws are too small for the shakes, so they need to use a spoon and ice with every bite. the burger had a funny taste like cleaning fluid and made me honestly sick. I have just seen another review how the restaurant needs a deep cleanliness and am surprised that the manager did nothing about it. it's too bad, because it used to be one of the better places for a steakburger. we are not coming back. I have eaten at numerous locations. I have never been so disappointed in my life. Arrived today at 11:45 am Only 1 customer in the restaurant 3 employees. Ordered 2 of the double cheeseburger w/ fries combos. Food came out sick, but no one was on the grill. Nothing was made fresh. They took old burgers and served them. The cheese was not even melted! They were horrible And the buns were stale. We walked out. And we will never return to this location.

I wasn't a big fan of this place, but I have to say the burgers were quite good. The fries were cooked to perfection, and the shakes were enjoyable as well. However, the floors were sticky. The staff was very friendly. I even recognized Gary from high school; he was the cook last night and did an amazing job with the food!

I'm currently sitting here on a Saturday night and it took 8 minutes for the staff to respond to my order from the menu. After that, I waited another 15 minutes just to receive a grilled cheese sandwich. The inefficiency of the employees could really hurt the business, but I have to say, the food is good.

I've done 2 online orders from them and they have been prefect! Staff is very friendly and nice. Food is always fresh and hot! Totally going to order from again! Reserve uma mesa agora

A bit run-down, and food had to be sent back several times due to wrong orders. Food was still good, but chicken strips are no longer on the menu.

Try the garlic burger.. amazing... Ask for onions if you like otherwise just burger cheese garlic but yummy nonetheless
