Before Will came to assist me, a blonde waitress approached and said she would help me, but only after she clocked out. If that was the case, why even come over to me? It felt like there was a lack of concern for customers. I also noticed employees taking my food without hesitation, and the manager didn’t seem to mind at all. On top of that, it was surprising that some employees thought it was okay to cut in line while I was waiting to pay. The same blonde waitress cut in front of me to pay for her meal, even though I had been standing there for a while. Despite the chaos around me, Will was fantastic and truly deserves a raise. Amazing! I went around a little after 1:00, and while I was standing on the line, met a conversation with a very nice and give young lady named Candace. She also paid for my salad! See Montrose, there are some amazing people out there. You just have to let your guard down and not be afraid to talk to people! And my salad was great!

I called twice to order sandwiches while I was on a tight schedule, and everything turned out great. My lunch was fantastic, and everything went smoothly. This Montrose Metro location is very accessible, and the interior is lovely. Parking was easy to find on both visits, and the staff provided excellent service throughout.

The staff really captures attention during busy times. I came in during the lunch rush, and they were handling a lot of online orders. Amazingly, my meal was ready in under 15 minutes. Great job, everyone! Reserve uma mesa agora
