We 've been going to this Taco Bell for over 17 years. The service has been going down and today was the worst! I always go into their menu online and choose what I want, do all the customization that I want and printout for my husband. He then hands it to the person and orders my meal that way so he doesn 't have to remember the customizations that I want. Today he walked in and handed the girl the printout. she told him I don 't have this order for you. He told her that he wanted to order that. she told him he can 't order it because it 's an online special. Today i can say i had a bad experiance with this location. I waited over 35 mins for my order. After waiting 20 mins, i spoke to the cashier and expressed that i been waiting 20 mins for my food. She asked me what my order was and handed her my receipt. Its now 30 mins in still waiting. So i asked for a manager. Rochelle came up to me and asked hiw she can help. I informed her i been waiting for my food now 30 mins. She said we are doing the best we can our system is not working. As if i knew her system wasnt working probably because no one informed me nor a sign at the door. by the Taco bell ordered by the door. worst experience. every single article was wrong. not even a sauce package. unmatched only random tacos. the door was helpful, but when we called the Taco bell to inform them about all the mistakes and bad performance, there was no interest. he didn't care, he swore it at the door to get it too fast. that doesn't make sense. guy was rude and not helpful. they save their money, there is a chipotle in the same plaza. Taco bell should be ashamed of how absolutely horrible the cold, old false food was and the service was terrible.

good day for everyone, I am incredibly sad of the fact that it took the workers 34 minutes to produce my order of 1 drink. each worker moved without gusto and took more than they had to complete my order. it came to the point where I was willing to load it without leaving my order.

Frequently makes my order incorrectly when I order on uber eats.The only person who makes it correctly is the young man while the girls chit chat in the background doing nothing.Tomato allergy and its like they don't care
