Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

Went through the drive thru to place our order. The gentleman taking the orders was very rude to the lady in front of us, made huffing and puffing sounds when he had to add anything. He acted the same way to us. When we got to the window he asked if we had something we didn't even order, which was the lady ahead of us order. I asked him to repeat our order back to us. He said it so fast I didn't hear everything. When I question it, he gave me attitude. We did not receive our drink, any sauce, 2 of the items we ordered plus gave us something we didn't order.
