Taco Bell - Reservar uma mesa

I gave me the wrong order. The person in front of me in the drive thru ordered and then just drove off, as I pulled into the window the girl tries to give me 2 drinks and I am like Nope, the not my order, I ordered only 2 Burritos and some chips and cheese. So she spends a few minutes to figure out what to do, and the guys behind the counter give her a bag, she grabs it and asks me if I want a hot sauce. I say yes. She puts it in the bag, gives it to me and I'm going away. She gave me the PREVIOUS CUSTOMER 'S ORDER. Don't these people even have the trouble to see in the bag?? It's not that hard! I literally mentioned it when she gave me the wrong order and she gave me the wrong order!

This place has to raise it. The last three times I was asked to park and wait for my food after going through the ride thru. It will always wait for a 15-25 min! Edit: came back to give this location a second chance to 12/22. Placed a mobile order and when I arrived, they said they received a system update and wait 30 minutes and come back or cancel my order. Why even let the order be placed when you do POS updates during business hours (11:45 pm). This place is just terrible. And all the reviews below seem to repeat that.

I visited this restaurant because it's around the corner of my house. I usually use the mobile app and add all kinds of modifications (i.e. beans Burrito, no beans). And although my orders are far from the ordinary, they usually get it right. Food wise, it is taco belle

Do not make online order. You will ask to wait in a parking lot and forget about your order. In the meantime, other drive thru jobs are prioritized. I had to go in and pick up the order. It took about 25 minutes.

They only cool inside and ignore the cars in the drive thru. And pretend they won't see when they come into the window
