The Hub Cafe & Wine Bar

The hub was recommended to me and frankly, I was very underwhelmed. The cafe looks very worn (tables and chairs) , needs a refresh. The table, where I sat, by the fireplace is all scratched up. In addition, I ordered from their menu a Caesar salad and they did not have, though it was on their menu. They alternately offered me their house salad, which was mixed greens, tomatoes and cheese. That’s it. I asked if they at least had cucumbers... Nope, ran out. I ended up just getting an Americano, which was average. Good coffee, tasty sandwiches and some wonderful home made cheesecakes and other desserts. Clean, welcoming and bustling. Wish I lived here instead of just visiting as it would become my favorite local coffee shop

This is a small spot that offers the local neighborhood some good coffee choices, tasty gelato, excellent cookies cakes and sweets. Wine also available. A number of board games are available. It's worth a visit.

The restaurant has fast internet and plenty of outlets for charging your devices. The coffee is average, but the food and baked goods are worth the slightly higher prices. The service is consistently excellent.
