We had my daughters for the first birthday with a Charlie Colorform theme. He asked for a very special cake and a smash cake with the main character, Charlies, face and Hudson Cakery delivered 1000%. They were not only so pleasant and easy to work, but affordable. I can't thank you enough for the amazing cake for the party. It was delicious and just what I thought for her birthday! My daughter loved her Charlie face smash cake so much she kissed it. Thank you. Very recommended for anyone who wants to decide for the next event: !
Jennifer was such a pleasure to work with and her cakes are unmatched. If you look through her gallery and think her cakes look outstanding, just wait until you taste them. We had a chocolate cake with raspberry preserves and numerous guests went out of their way to tell me it was the best cake they’ve ever had. This cake stole the show at my moms 60th birthday, so many people asked me where it was from! I’ll definitely be a forever customer I cannot say enough nice things about Jennifer and the Hudson Cakery!!
I loved working with Jennifer and the rest of the Hudson Cakery team for my wedding cake. Yeah, cake! We had a traditional bridal cake and a custom besencake and both were beautiful and delicious! The collaboration with Jennifer was such a pleasure that she was so communicative, helped me to make decisions about napkins, styles, design and everything came out beautifully! I loved this local baker being part of our wedding and I can't wait to work with them again!
We have our wedding cake from Hudson Cakery! We did a little cake and pancakes and they were both delicious. I never had a better chocolate cake (get it with vanilla custard on the inside, you won't regret it). And the carrot cake for our display cake was also delicious! Jennifer was a pleasure to work from the beginning and delivered our cake personally. I recommend setting Hudson Cakery. I can't wait to order another cake from them!
