The Sultan'S Delicious Donair Ltd.

I'd give a higher review as I like their beef donairs and have gone here for years BUT I found out on a recent visit they've been overcharging on the tax and likely getting away with it for some time as most don't bother doing the math. My medium Donair has been costing me a whole $1 more every time from what it should have been with the 5% gst tax. When I brought it up to the women she was extremely rude and dismissive about it and said she'd speak to the owner, tho I believe she may be one of them. I kept bringing it up and showing her the math on the calculator and she eventually gave me the dollar back but not without an eye roll and major attitude. That's the other reason for my 2 star...

For what they charge I feel they can do eons better.Their premium size option called Sultan's is really only comparable to the portion size of a regular platter at other popular places in the area.The chicken was dry and the fact that they charge 1.98 for a squirt of sweet sauce and literally 4 small cubes of pineapple is atrocious !The hummus sauce they use is some off the shelf packed one as it lacked any flavour and they dont bother topping it with any olive oil or paprika.I also hope that the staff understand the difference between dry chopped parsley and a proper Tabouli salad.While I am disappointed with my chicken platter with Hawaiian today, ai hope they take all the reviews into con...

The reason why I gave it to stars and not one star is because the staff we’re not rude just very dry. The cleanliness of the restaurant is satisfactory at best. The chicken was so dry. I’m not sure how many times it had been reheated.I love my donors, so I have donors frequently. This is one of the cheapest donairs around but for the quality that you get it is the most expensive because I would pay good money to not have to eat that. I had army rations from 2010 that tasted better.I am actually very impressed that they are still in business maybe because there’s nothing else around .I hate my ex girlfriend, and I wish her the worst, but I would never feed her this .

Well, for the first time in over 10 years, we've had the worst meal ever from Sultan's. I have NEVER had a dry donair from this place, yet today neither of us could even finish our food. There was one glob of sauce on one end of the donair, and that's it. The size of the donair has also shrunk considerably. Our Caesar salads were made up of about 2 romaine leaves, I've never had such a tiny salad!I have no idea what happened to the place (we moved away a few months ago), but for the price, the food is no longer worth it. What a shame. It was one of our favorite spots and we were so looking forward to a good meal. Reserve uma mesa agora

The restaurant has extremely rude staff and provides terrible customer service. The meat is undercooked and served ice cold. When I asked to have it grilled further to ensure it was properly cooked, I was informed that it was not possible, despite the fact that a different staff member had done so for me in the past. The employees were lazy and disrespectful, openly gossiping in front of customers. Additionally, I was charged an additional $4 for sauce on top of my fries, which felt like a complete ripoff. This establishment is a complete joke and I would not recommend wasting your time or money here.

The food was terrible. I ordered the chicken plate and was only served rice, chicken, and sauce with no vegetables or hummus. The dish was very plain, dry, and lacking in taste. This is definitely not an authentic Donair restaurant. I will not be returning to eat there again.
