The Taj - Reservar uma mesa

The flavors at this restaurant are excellent. However, my mixed meats order was disappointing. The shrimp was way overcooked, the lamb was also overdone with some pieces being chewy and others fine. The chicken masala was good but could use some veggies (onion and green pepper) and a bit more spiciness. I would consider ordering again, but I will stick to the chicken next time as it was very good.

I ordered Chicken Tikka Masala, two Vegetable Samosas, and Garlic Naan. The Vegetable Samosas were delicious. The Chicken Tikka Masala was served with rice and was good, but a little too salty for my liking. The Garlic Naan was perfect - I loved it!

I was very disappointed with the veggie pakoras, rating them a 0 out of 10. The chai had no sugar, which was also disappointing. The pakoras were undercooked and much larger than expected. The person who made them definitely needs a break from work.

Everything was great! The Chana Masala is a person favorite with the spices and sauce. The Chicken Tikka Masala was excellent as well, definitely a new favorite! Garlic Naan was 10/10. Definitely would buy again.

Pleasantly surprised by how delicious the butter chicken and garlic naan are from this place, will order again!
