This place is great!!! We just saw a movie in downtown and wanted something sweet before we went home. I googled ice cream near me a d low and behold, this place was just a few minutes from the theatre. It was a little busy because it was Mother's day and everything. However, we could get in and order our ice cream relatively quickly. We all have 2 pots in bowls, with all our pots are different flavors, so we could share. They really give you a lot of ice cream and I have to say they were all delicious. We have already made our plans to go back as we went the doors to our car. The best ice cream I ever had!!!! There are tons of aromas to choose and they taste fresh!!! This is not bought by any means!!! I had cherry cheesecake and it was really, tart cherries!!! I also had a hot dog and cheese curds and it was all fantastic!!! The staff is super friendly and it is great, and I mean super clean in it!!! The place looks like he was from the 50s and it's amazing how everything looks old but new at the same time!! Also the crab was decorated with ice cream, chocolate syrup, sprinkles and cherries!!! 10 of 10 would definitely recommend!!!
Great staff. Classic Old-School-Jucker Shop/Scoop-Platz. Very recommended! Everything about this place cries in 1960. The stool, drop service area, signs on the walls with their menu. And the girls who work there. Where did they find them? They're all so nice. Five stars for this rareness. This place is a throwback in more than one. The atmosphere and the pleasant staff are so enjoyable. OH, and the ice treats are also wonderful! Enjoy...
Union dairy is like stepping back in time! It is always fun to go there and enjoy a scoop. Service is great too, we decided to bring a favorite flavor home even though it was hot out and had 40 minutes of drive time. The super server went above and beyond and packed our ice cream in ice!
