Tim Hortons - Reservar uma mesa

I’ve been to Tim’s Montague many times before and had no issues everything was great. But today I went in to the drive-through and I asked for an iced Capp made with almond milk because I can’t have dairy. And they gave me an iced Capp made with whip cream and milk and they told me it was made with almond milk. Then I went back I went inside this time and ask them to remake me an ice cap with almond milk and I pacifically said almond milk and they gave me an ice cap with milk. With someone who has dietary needs and the workers just playing off their mistakes so they don’t have to remake something is outrageous.

Do Tim's every morning on the way to work....the regular staff @drive through are fast, friendly and always know my order! Unfortunately haven't seen the regular staff in awhile, hope they're on vacation??????? And are coming back soon! It's a nitemare going through Tim's now!!!!! Order is always wrong!

First time going to this location as i'm from out of town , food was ok . They did not get the order Completely correct. Felt rushed and found it hard to understand the person on the speaker. Also the chocolate on my boston cream Donut was stuck to the bag. Overall disappointed.

Used to drink tims coffee everyday but have moved to Robin's donuts for over a year tims coffee has been rank and there donuts might as well be mini donuts from McDonald's and there bagels half toasted so Robin's donut has nice coffee and and good donut not a mini donut.

We did drive thru for four adults, and everyone got what they wanted.
