Tim Hortons - Reservar mesa

We went for a dessert on Friday Nov 3rd around 5:45 pm, and were so disappointed that I felt the need to do a review. The washrooms were smelly and dirty, and when we went to order not one of the FOUR staff moving around behind the counter acknowledged us AT ALL. Customer service wasn't considered lacking, but non-existent!I can't comment on the food, since after waiting over 3-4 minutes with not even eye contact, we left and went somewhere that wanted our business. It's really sad when the service industry is always looking to keep customers and paying higher minimum wages that people leave due to NO service.

Probably the busiest location in town, being as it is off the highway. Be kind. Management is making great strides in maintaining service standards despite nationally trending staffing issues. The two lane drive through feeds a steady flow of customers. I go for the chili. Do yourself a comfort and make it a meal deal yummers.

I experienced excellent customer service. Although the app mistakenly directed my order to the wrong location, the staff was very accommodating and took the initiative to fulfill my order.

The staff here were extremely friendly, and the Tim Bits were fresh. My daughter was thrilled to finally find a Tim Hortons that offers her favorite Tim Bits. Reserve uma mesa agora

I visited with my friend for a quick snack, and I have to say, this is the best Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Jay was our server, and he was fantastic.

We ordered 4 wraps was not prepared well. The wraps were cold. Everything begal was not up to standard. The ice cap is just like cold water.

I feel Tim Hortons has gotten really bad since the pandemic.
