I love the feeling of this tim hortons in bracebridge. we stopped at this place because I am so exhausted in my long journey. the workers are nice, patient enough to take my order, probably saw how exhausted I am. she did not rush me and suggested baked that compose my ordered coffee. the landscape outside is a plus! there are 2 large cozy chair outside with umbrella under the tree and surrounded by green grass and beautifully cut bushes

It’s a pleasure to dine here. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant’s layout is excellent. Despite being a busy place, my order was ready in no time. My English muffin was perfectly toasted, which was a refreshing change. It’s also great to see older employees working here. I will definitely be returning!

I visit this Tim Hortons every day before work, and I always receive friendly, fast, and high-quality service. Like any business, they occasionally make mistakes, but whenever I bring it to the staff's attention, they are always apologetic and quick to resolve the issue to the best of their ability!

2 days ago at the Time Horton in Gravenhurst I had paid for a coffee on the app. It didn't show up on their system at the Tims store . I showed them it had been paid for on my phone app . Even seeing this they were very rude to me and refused to give me the coffee that was paid for. Reserve uma mesa agora

The lineup for drivethru was crazy. I'm thinking it was because they were understaffed. Hope management takes a good look at that because trust me there's not much timmies anywhere near so the management makes it easier for customers as well as for the employees.

It's all the usual Tim Hortons experience, but my bagel was made correctly and the coffee wasn't burnt. I only gave it a 4-star rating because they don't have enough staff to manage the workload effectively.

Nice calm little spot for a quick stop. Signs are not posted on the exit to easly find. After u take the exit turn rite. Then you'll see er.

Delicious drinks and food. Rare for tims! Ladies were so nice too. Great all around and the building is so rustic, love it! Reserve uma mesa agora
