Went here for lunch with my wife and girlfriend. Asked what was the fish in their special that was a seafood basket for one - Bassa, OK not eating that, what is the fish that comes with prawns and squid on top? Bassa, Bassa aka Vietnamese puddle fish wouldn't get fed to my cat - if i had one - let alone at a restaurant.Steak was ordered and the cut was rump and tasted and was tough enough to have been economy rump from Coles.The other meal was nachos, but could you leave the meat out please and make it vegetarian - OK, that will be $3 extra. Extra charge for leaving the meat out, interesting, same price OK but extra to remove an ingredient......Service was shocking, dirty plates left on tabl...

Went here for coffee and cake, 2 of us were tempted by the baked cheesecake when I required what flavour it was, the waitress said "I wouldn't have clue" she then turned to another staff member who told her it was lemon they thought! We should have seen the warning signs at that point but carried on to order two slices. After eating a forkful I noticed some green flecks under the icing sugar that was sprinkled on top as I scraped the icing sugar I was horrified to find mould growing on the top. My friend then did the same and found mould. Taking both servings back to the counter I informed the waitress, she was not in slightest bit concerned and asked if we'd like to order something else. I visited here with my partner and a friend for breakfast recently, we all ordered the Big Breakfast which was $24 each. This was a reasonable quality and serving size and I wouldn't complain about it, but the prices are ridiculous. They charge $8.50 for a glass of 'fresh' orange juice that pretty obviously came out of a bottle. $5.50 for a cup of tea that is literally just a tea bag in a teapot with hot water. Our empty plates and coffees were left in front of us for a good 30 minutes (still there when we left), even when our friend had ordered another cup of tea and the waitress struggled to fit it on the table she did not remove any plates. I had the entertainment book and the lady forgot...

We were 'walk ins' after a lovely day wandering the beach. We chose the 'surf and turf special and boy was it special, but NOT in a good way. The cafe owner made the cast of Wentworth look like **** cats and was not very welcoming.  The food arrived and our surf consisted of one prawn and two calamari rings on both steaks. the steak was rump. my steak was inedible, was all gristle  and was pushed aside. My partner persevered and may have been able to eat a quarter of his. I wont be going there again, really sad as Hillarys is a lovely place, not a good endorsement  for visitors Reserve uma mesa agora

Partner and I came here for lunch with our son. I ordered the Caesar salad with chicken and my partner ordered the reef and beef which came with a rump steak cooked to our liking and a creamy garlic sauce. We got our son a salted caramel slice from the window. All in all the meals were okay. Nothing too fancy or over the top but nothing bad worth mentioning apart from the price. We were satisfied with the venue as it sits in such a nice location of Hillarys Boat Harbour. Good for a nice coffee and cake or good for a cold fresh drink while you admire the scenery.

I've eaten this afternoon. I had a Portuguese chicken wrap and my friend had a grilled chickenburger. I was disappointed with my packaging. the musalate was more tasteful than the pack. I wanted to spice more and heat more because I think that when someone says Portuguese huh. my friend was very happy with his burger. well made a little to get out, but the drink service was fast. my coffee was okay. all the meals were a bit expensive for what you believe me. chips on the side of their burger? that's an extra.

Depois de ver o menu on-line e encontrar duas versões diferentes, decidimos ir de qualquer maneira porque o preço foi ótimo enquanto ainda incluiu uma bebida quente. Quando chegamos encontramos um terceiro menu e infelizmente nenhuma bebida quente incluída. Pagamos US $ 42,50 para o que teria custado US $ 31,90 no menu antigo, incluindo um suco de laranja, o nosso não incluía isso. Os ovos mexidos estavam bem, um pouco frio e muita pimenta, mas a omelete era boa. Não pense em estar de volta.

Comida abaixo da média. Serviço foi ok. Não vai voltar. Eles ficaram sem pão sem glúten tão substituído por batata, quando eles compraram, eles disseram que o Benedict também não tinha o molho Hollandaise como tinha glúten? Se eu soubesse que antes eu não teria pedido. Presunto com ovos escalfados cozidos e batata por mais de US $ 20. Reserve uma mesa agora

O lugar parece razoavelmente bom, mas eu não era fã da comida tanto quanto eu queria ser. Há um menu padrão, mas a qualidade dos alimentos não era tão boa quanto você esperaria que seja que era uma vergonha

ordered seafood plate for fish and chips usually with some from the package smoked salmon and a few other things. could not stop and starve to find something different to take away the oily taste.
