Touchstone Resort - Reservar mesa

Upon our arrival, we each spent 90 minutes cleaning the balcony, our room, and the bathroom, as everything was dirty. There were spider webs inside and outside, dried wine spills on the balcony and outdoor furniture, dead bugs on the ceiling above the bed, and the small fridge was not only frosted over but also leaking. The toaster was stained and clearly in need of a thorough cleaning. The indoor restaurant was dark and musty, and the expensive menu left us feeling let down; most dishes were below average, with the exception of the steak. Room was nice except the badly stained carpet in the bedroom. I found a dead bug in my bed. Some of the staff were not friendly. The continental breakfast is terrible. There is no customer service after 8pm which is unacceptable. No room service. The food at lunch is really good. Dinner menu is just average. The infinity pool is nice. Beach is nice. It's close to Port Carling which is great. You can hear the guests in the room above you which is very annoying. It's just an okay place.Nearby activities: Its near Port Carling which is a plus

Good place to stay and relax, rooms are great.There was one big negative for us, being that the Spa area a does not have proper showers, the only one is in the bathroom with toilette (disgusting!! , and there are no loungers or chairs or anything inside to relax if it's too cold to stay outside. Great area with infitinity pool and sun loungers outside though. Also it was easy and nice to go out on a Kayak and SUP on the lake, they offer a good choice (we went out of season .

Beautiful location in the lake. Good restaurant. With a small town located nearby for any of your needs.Rooms: My wife and I had a small, cozy, room near a beach.Food drinks: The resort has a restaurant that was packed one night when I was there. My wife and I only needed drinks. The restaurant was very understaffed, I felt awful for the ladies working that night. Drinks were very tasty. Reserve uma mesa agora

Arrived via seadoo to Bob's Boathouse and received the friendliest and most knowledgeable service from Casey she is a great asset to your establishment. We ordered food and drinks, all fantastic (one of the best burgers in Muskoka). Will definitely be back.Food drinks: Great food drinks at Bob's Boathouse

Despite the below there is NO EV charging at the resort. EV drivers beware.Stopped for lunch by boat. Fabulous food, drinks and service! Great to have another great spot on the lakes to lunch with friends and family. Keep it up Touchstone!

As for breakfast, it was terrible—really, it shouldn’t even be called breakfast. It consisted of muffins in bags. The resort itself is lovely, but don't waste your money staying in a subpar room with rude staff. Consider going elsewhere.

Casey at the boathouse provided excellent service to my friends and me. She took care of us all day and was consistently cheerful and upbeat. Overall, the resort was wonderful, and we will definitely be returning! Reserve uma mesa agora

Breakfast is not really a breakfast white bread, coffee, juice, and few muffins/pasteries (pre packaged like at a convenience store so not homemade). The rest is wonderful. I enjoy it a lot

Beautiful resort. It was great as it has boat slips so we brought our boat and enjoyed cruising Lake Muskoka.
