Villa D Este - Reservar uma mesa

we were for a night in sisteron and have tripadvisor checked for the best restaurant in the city and never was that deserved. off the beaten track, just a few minutes walk from the center. platz was quite empty when we arrived, but...not to worry, it was packed an hour later. the staff was very friendly, and the service was fast. we had the cote de boeuf that was excellent. wife had some canneloni-like pasta, which was also very tasty. we will come back here, the better, and I honestly could not recommend it very much.

the place is only open until 2:30 o'clock, we arrived mainly at 2 o'clock to be on time. they didn't want to take our order, even we were with 3 little children. the personal was very unfriendly and told us to speak only in French (it sees very arrogant and poor people skills) that we have arrived in the time, and that they would come from 6 o'clock and if they would take each order until 2:30 o'clock, they would not have time to rest. service and empathy ever.

that this should be the best restaurant in sisteron. the service is appalling, shameful really, think it, the waiter smiled once! the food was something else, the salat seemed a mix of all the rest and for the burger, not... really sure whether it was really meat and ruined in cheese. this restaurant is definitiw one to miss!

This is a family owned business with the husband, wife and daughter involved. We did not have a lunch reservation, but they had a nice outdoor seating area. When we have a chance to go back we will definitely make a reservation to enjoy the...river view from their dining room.

the interieur looks beautiful, the view is great, the service was friendly. eating was not extraordinary, but really good.
