Waba Grill - Reservar uma mesa

I tried to redeem a reward on the Waba app at this location. I wanted a steak bowl ; however, the server told me that the reward was only good for a $7.99 chicken bowl. After I got the receipt, I noticed that it said that I was able to receive a Fee Entree up to $8.99. The steak bowl I wanted was $8.99 so I asked the server if I could switch my order. She said no, the reward was only good for a chicken bowl. I insisted and she called her manager and was told the same thing. Horrible Customer Service Experiences. Every time I come to this place, the employees are so inconspicuous and unstoppable. You have not even taken care of welcoming costumers and finally also screwing up your order. Could you also go to the subway next door?.
