Wapo Taco - Reservar mesa

I had never tried breakfast tacos before, but I decided to give them a chance after seeing some appealing photos. We ordered 5 potato and chorizo tacos, 2 bean and chorizo tacos, a kids' plate with beans and rice, a barbacoa taco, 2 bacon and egg tacos, and 2 bean and cheese tacos. Unfortunately, none of the dishes tasted good. The drink that came with the kids' plate was the only decent thing. The rice on the kids' plate was hard and had a strange flavor. The barbacoa was tough, and the carrots were overcooked. The chorizo was hardly noticeable in the flavors. Overall, it was a very disappointing dining experience.

The food at Waco Taco is delicious, but unfortunately, that's the only positive aspect of this restaurant. The customer service is consistently poor, and they charge extra for salsa, at a rate of $0.50 per serving. Even though the loaded nachos come with two salsas included, we still had to pay an additional $1.08 for two extra servings. I would only give them one star for their food quality, as everything else could use significant improvement. Both the management and staff clearly need to work on their skills and service.

I was craving birria tacos around the neighborhood and saw the photo of previous reviews and had to have birria quesadilla!The birria quesadilla was out of this world, loved it! Consome was flavorful! Agua fresca was refreshing. However, I’m giving 4 stars because they don’t allow indoor seating and my boyfriend’s birria tacos were dry, including the meat. Only thing that made up for it was the consome.

Waco taco has good food and that's it! Customer service is never good and they charge for extra salsa at .50 a salsa. With loaded nachos it comes with two salsas but we had to pay for the extra ones 1.08 for 2! I give them 1 star for the food but everything else needs improvement. Management and staff has very poor customer service. Long drive thru waits Reserve uma mesa agora

The pastor and asada mini tacos a la carte were delicious! Everything on the menu was tasty. My child loved the chips and queso as well as the wapo quesadilla. The two quesitacos were fantastic. The loaded nachos were good, but would have been better if eaten fresh or in person. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

I always order the Mini Tacos when I visit this restaurant. I absolutely love the chips, queso, and horchata. They never disappoint, no matter what meat you choose. The Chips Guacamole were mediocre, with my guacamole consisting mostly of large chunks of onion.

Theyre birria is always so good! The THREE QuesiTACOS is my favorite, always so packed and fresh. The perfect amount of consomé also. It would go really good with some ramen! I wonder if in the future we could get some birria ramen on the menu.

This was my first visit to the restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were wonderful! While I didn't inquire, it would be helpful to have a physical menu in addition to the digital one on the screens, as they changed rather quickly. Reserve uma mesa agora

The best authentic Mexican food in San Antonio! I love the Taco Gobernador and Wapo Taco, but everything, even the menudo on weekends, is amazing. You have to try it, it's a must!

The quesadillas were enormous and very good! I love their aguas frescas, too.
