I don't know if my statement makes a sense or if someone is interested. So it's here: When I visited this store, I bought a grilled chicken Caesar salad. Recently, ice was free at this point; but this is no longer the case. There is a sign of the Soda machine that says that cups of ice were free when you purchase within the store. I would know because I buy my fuel and salads at this point and have never been charged for ice. Well, this dark-skinned African American woman told me that I had to make an additional purchase for ice by buying a drink. Here's a full liar. Really terrible WAWA. When I first went to a store like this, I thought I ordered everything right because I skipped over sauced and out of my pressure it showed nothing at my end, but from their revenue it shows. I say one of the workers I can't eat, and instead of just working with me to see if I can get a replacement, she can only mention oh well what the receipt says if I was clear? not aware to skip the sauces instead of tapping something else, it would have taken off. Waste of money. Love this place but their associates that prepare food are slower than God knows what!!! Be ready to wait 15-25 minutes even for your food so enjoy a drink while waiting because they really seem to not be worried about their pace while 10-12 people standby waiting and watching, all while they crack jokes in the customers faces.

I got my shake everywhere. 6:00-7:00 on 7/3/22 info, which was ever in this layer, I hope the manager does these complaints because I have seen similar complaints.
