There are many vineries serving good wine and food along the Danube river. However, this place is a top Destination and you should go for it. As a traditional "Heuriger" place they have a fine selection of tipical and excellent food, all homemade. Also, they serve beautiful wines, I regret that I didnt try them all. Take your time, relax, and enjoy the lovely garden, very friendly people, wonderful food and amazing wines.

there are many wineries that serve good wine and eat along the donau. but this place is a top goal and they should go for it. as a traditional Heuriger Square they have a fine selection of pointed and excellent food, all made home. also they...serve beautiful weeping, I regret that I didn't try them all. take time, relax and enjoy the beautiful garden, very friendly people, wonderful food and amazing weeping.

We were staying at a weingut nearby and this place was recommended. We were most impressed and ate here twice - not our habit. tThe house wines are delicious as is the mixed plates of meats, cheese etc. We had a leisurely feast and walked back to our room. Highly recommended.

We were staying in a local bed and breakfast and were recommended to Eigl for dinner. It was excellent, with great wine and well priced. The apple strudel was amazing as well!
