Whitby Castle - Reservar uma mesa

I do not know where to begin. My wife and I had a great feeling after seeing Whitby Castle when we were touring venues and we 're so glad we listening to our gut. Niki (Sales Manager) addressed our every need and question even before we made our decision. You could tell she truly just wanted us to make a decision that we felt comfortable making. And because of that (on top of the beautiful castle and grounds), we felt very comfortable moving forward with Whitby.Their prices were very competitive compared to other places we looked at in the tri-state/New England area. It's a lovely venue for weddings. Cocktail hour was on their wrap around deck overlooking the golf course. Dinner inside, a large lovely room with lots of windows and adjoining room was used for the bar /dance floor. My only complaint and this is common in weddings, the music was way too loud. Very annoying after awhile, I went to sit in the lobby for a break. No way to have a conversation without screaming at each other. It's not a rock concert where you came to just listen to the music. It's not necessary to be that loud and it muffles the sound.

I just want to start by saying I am a local that has been coming to the castle for many years. I am not sure what happened today for a Confirmation party that we were hosting, but the food was not seasoned correctly, cold, and very over cooked. The service while being very nice, forgot about 8 people in the back of our event. To the point where they had to get there own cups and silverware for dessert for a sit down dinner. We will sadly not be coming here again moving forward.

The event team at Whitby was so good to my husband and I and really made our day so special. They listened to our every concern and need and met it without hesitation. My bridal party and I got ready at the venue in the suite, and I wouldn’t have had it any other way. On top of that the venue is drop dead gorgeous. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the location. AND THE FOOD!!! Absolutely stellar!! My day was a real life fairytale, and they treated us like royalty.

We had the perfect wedding day at Whitby Castle! Niki and Ralph helped to make our day a success. The food was great and there are SO MANY options. The staff is professional and we would recommend Whitby!
