Winchell's Donut House

customer service sucks. I was in line for almost 5 minutes and this two painter in white uniform cut in line and got there donut before me . I was not satisfied with the service went out and left because of this two guys don?t know how to go in line but got served first before me . The owner should teach there employees first come first serve rules.

I visited yesterday, Sunday. It was horrible. There was only one person to prepare over 10 orders. ALL sandwiches. It was over a 30 minute wait. Some customers walked out truly frustrated. To add injury to insult, it was extremely hot in there. However, the albacore tuna melt sandwich was pretty good. A little too much mayonnaise, but good.

Unfortunately, there is no friendliness from associates. My business didn't feel valued. They burned my croissant and gave it to me that way. I wish I could say the taste of the doughnuts can make up for this but this is not the case.

Was very disappointed. The see through poster on the window stated that they serve Tuna wraps. Entering I requested for a wrap, astonishingly the server behind the counter said this we dont sell CUNA wraps.

Delicious cream cheese croissant lady working nights is so nice n attentive love their donuts.
