As always, I prioritized the food: I ordered pho with high expectations for a clear broth and genuine flavors, without any artificial elements to detract from its natural taste. The herbs, especially the fresh bean sprouts, lime, and mint (not basil), were top-notch. Yen Linh delivered on all fronts. I especially appreciated how quickly my meal arrived because serving fresh beef promptly is crucial for the quality of pho. I highly advise against ordering pho for takeout unless all ingredients are packaged separately, which can be a hassle and not very environmentally friendly—so dining in is definitely the way to go.
