Blum is the way to imagine an economy in the city centre. Pleasant ambience, very friendly and competent service. The choice of dishes is clear. Menu is not available, all dishes are written on the large slate table. The food is good and the portions have an optimal size. Over and over.

Blum serves excellent value for money combined with a really friendly service. The restaurant is located in the Frank-Loebsche House and offers a wonderful environment in the summer. Very recommended and the owner speaks good English.

It's slow. We ordered from the ordinary powerful and had to wait more than an hour to serve.
