"As a vegetarian/vegan family, France can sometimes be hell. Often it is not possible to buy food in public places. Supermarkets do not always offer organic food. When I went to Aze Biocoop, I was like in the sky: everything in organic quality, many vegetarian or vegan foods on offer : . Some products I knew from Germany like Rapunzel or Wheaty. They have plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and a wide range of vegetable milk. I also like that you can buy grain and legumes directly from large containers, just take the amount you need. All together my favorite place for shopping in the Chateau Gontier area."
