Burger City Grill - Reservar uma mesa

I recently dined at a restaurant that used to be called Burger City Grill, but is now named Eat Fantastic. The first thing I noticed was the change in name. I ordered the PC Hamburger during my first visit at the Lomita location, and today I tried the same burger at the Torrance location. Unfortunately, it was not the same. The Brioche bun looked more like a regular hamburger bun, and the taste of the burger seemed different. I was not sure if the quality of the burger had stayed the same.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a vanilla shake. I typically dine in and observe the staff make the shakes by hand. They handed me the shake in under 3 minutes, I paid and quickly left. Upon reaching the first stoplight and taking a sip, I realized the milkshake was more like milk than ice cream. I called the restaurant and they claimed it was made correctly. I explained that I had seen them blend the ice, but they still insisted it was fresh.

The burgers here are really good. The meat is never dry and the ingredients always fresh. Haven’t had a bad burger here. We also had their chicken tenders which are the best we’ve had in So Cal as they are always crispy and moist despite them being white meat.There are many chicken speciality spots that don’t even come close so definitely try these out if you’re a fan of chicken strips/tenders.

The midday combo is a great deal. The burger is tasty and the two chicken breasts are moist and not overcooked (also delicious - dare I say better than the famous chicken place). It comes with fries and a cookie. The burger with the onion rings and special grill sauce (I forget the name) was also delicious. How do I know about both? We shared each burger and tried a chicken tender as well.
