Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We continuously try to give opportunities for this place to improve and it never does. We got our drinks and then waited over 30 minutes for food, we ordered country fried steak and biscuits and gravy and not once after getting drinks did we see our waitress during this time… once the food was supposedly done the waitress finally comes out to tell us that they did not have gravy but the food was already done, if we wanted to order something else we could but we did not want to sit and wait another half hour for different items so we dealt with it. When she got the food and brought it out the food that supposedly just finished cooking was cold. Another waitress had to bring my husband a refil...

It took us 47 minutes to get our food restaurant was not crowded. People came in after we did and got their food
