Five Guys - Reservar uma mesa

Eating is Goo. If you haven't been, go. If you have a bad experience here, it's probably not about food. Places like these usually have the same taste every time. Similar to Chikfila or McDonald's. Now my personal experience was wonderful. They went with no one into the register, they did closing duties cuz it was almost the time, and to speed up the process, I was asked what I wanted to order before ordering. Not name incase this is against politics, but as a guest DIESER WAS SUPER APPRECIATED! I love this employee thinking enough to get me out. Eating is always good.

I ordered a shaker and pommes. Fries were delicious, but I had ordered Cajun-Saisonfries and didn't know until I was on the street. Usually this would have led to a 4/5 rating. Both I and another customer talked to the cashier and Shaker type and they were both exceptional to feel warm, welcome and cared for. I know they'd do it right. This is the service you expect and get from Five Guys every time.

This place has gone downhill. My burger was not made correctly the first time, so I came back and asked them to make it again. They acted like they didn't understand what I wanted even though the toppings were listed on the receipt. I asked them to add cheese on the next one because I forgot to ask before and the burger was sloppily put together in about 3 minutes with the cheese not even melted.

I had it twice since I was living it now. The first time in the morning was amazing on the first layer. The Spanish ladies did it and it was the best presentation and taste!! As I ordered, I went to the second shift after 9. I took it back to the day shift to have it back and the same man did it again. I'm done ordering Burger from five. I'm just gonna get Fritten out of here!!

Great burgers! The food is always delicious. But my clothes always smell like I was in a greasy, smoky kitchen after I was in there for more than 5 minutes.
