Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was not fresh at all, despite the fact that the word "FRESH" is in the business name. I ordered a bowl with chicken and guacamole, and both were not up to standard. The food was cold, the chicken was dry and old, and the guacamole was discolored. I will never be purchasing from this place again. I spent over $20 through a delivery service, which was efficient, but I couldn't even enjoy the food. I find it unacceptable that my food was cold when it arrived so quickly. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. With Chipotle opening soon, I doubt this restaurant will retain any customers. We dine at this restaurant about once a month. Usually the service is excellent. However, this time when we walked up to start ordering, two young women approached and started talking to the staff. They were all joking around to the extent that the young man who was supposed to assist us was unable to focus. He did not ask if we wanted to dine in or take out (we ended up getting it to go because of their behavior), did not ask if we wanted any combos, and seemed annoyed when I finally remembered to request one. I cannot say I will never return because I will, but I am disappointed with the experience I had during this visit.

Yesterday, we ordered delivery from Salsaritas for lunch. Typically, the food is satisfactory, but on this occasion, they served grilled chicken that was so burnt, it was inedible. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I would never have allowed such poor quality food to be served.

The portion size is not worth the high price at this restaurant. The rice was burnt. I will never eat there again.

I had a burrito with steak, black beans, and other fillings, and it was packed full. It was a satisfying meal.
