Tim Hortons - Reservar mesa

We stopped here for coffee, donuts, and a quick bathroom break on our way to Calgary. Unfortunately, we left right after using the restroom because it was unclean, and the toilets barely flushed. The woman in the stall next to me was apologizing to the next person in line because her toilet wouldn’t flush completely. The bathroom access was absurd. Just as we were leaving, a bus had stopped and let everyone out for a break, making it incredibly difficult to navigate the bathroom area with two young kids. Based on our brief and unpleasant visit, we decided not to buy anything.

The girl at the drive-thru was incredibly rude. I had to wait about 5 minutes because their machine needed to reset. When I finally received my order, she practically slammed the machine down in front of me and handed over my drinks in a very snobby manner. Later that night, I returned in a different vehicle with my partner, and she was acting all charming, smiling and flirting with him while giving me glares. I will be speaking with the managers here in Red Deer, as well as the franchise owner. This behavior is unprofessional!

I am very disappointed with my visit. I ordered loaded bowl and I get a wrap instead. When my partner brought it back at the counter they said we ordered a “loaded bowl” and that loaded bowl comes in as a wrap. Isn’t that “loaded bowl” should be a rice bowl? And wrap should be a “loaded wrap”? The bag did not have our receipt so we cant check it. They did not replace it nor apologize for the confusion.

The same great quality of food and coffee you expect from Tim's. But for the love of God and all that is holy can you people do something about that **** alarm that goes off every 5-10 minutes! I get it that it's a busy place in the morning but alarms and workers periodically screaming at each other to communicate does not make for a pleasant atmosphere. Reserve uma mesa agora

This branch used to be my favourite place when I still live in Red Deer.On my way to Calgary I stopped over to grab a couple of mc muffin sandwiches and a 20s of plain honey dip Timbits.It seems like everything changes here the efficiency had change, the accuracy and most importantly the service had changed exponentially.

This is one of the only locations that doesn’t have mobile ordering. BooooNot to mention two entrances into drivethru. So while we come through the East way properly three people get ahead of us coming through what I believe should just be an exit on the west side. Won’t be returning.

I can't speak to the food at this place. It's simply the location where the Canada Bus drops you off in Red Deer. The staff left me alone while I used their restroom, took a quick break, and ordered my Uber. I appreciated not feeling any pressure to make a purchase.

McDonald's coffee is just as good. If Tim Hortons can't support our energy industry, then I can't support them. Goodbye to them and their weak stance...
