No doubt the gasthaus that we liked most during our stay. typical place (tile table, wooden furniture, zinc that lived!). service is courteous and fast. dishes are typical Viennese and very good. several choices of beer and troquet atmosphere assured. Attention payment by untaken card (think to withdraw before going.) for the evening, it is better to book (the reception of our hotel has taken care of it), because the place is not very large but is very popular. We ordered the wienerscnitzel and the grilled board: delicious and very copious! Go ahead and see your eyes closed.

we searched on tripadvisor a place to taste the gulasch and the app suggested this place. without reservation, we were two, we shared a large table with a couple of Americans. excellent food, both the gulasch and the grilled meat, very good beer. very kind staff. excellent value for money. unique in: payment only in cash and lack of air conditioning (that day it was an incredible heat. )

this place is one of the rarest gems in vienna. The location is super central, the family that runs the place is exceptionally warm and welcoming and the food is hands down perfectly made to taste. I cannot fault this restaurant no matter what. The schnitzel is really a great choice. Do try the liver dumpling soup.

here also a carving can be ordered after 21 o'clock. very cumbersome and friendly with many tables outside (a part of them visible in the picture).

typical local Austrian, small but comfortable. value for money, we ate well.
